Ingredients
- 50ml rhubarb and rose liqueur
- 75ml dry prosecco
- 50ml soda water
To Garnish
- Fresh sliced apple
Method
- Build all the ingredients together in the above order in a large wine glass or highball with plenty of ice. Garnish and serve.
