When you are a working parent, school holidays can be a difficult time to keep young people occupied and it is not always possible for one or both parents to take time off work to cover childcare. If this problem speaks to you, perhaps the activities offered by Ultimate Activity Camps may be your solution.
With camps held at St Hugh’s School in Faringdon and Hill End Outdoor Centre in Farmoor, both locations are accessible for people living in West and South Oxfordshire. Camps are also held at Headington School and the Oxford University Sports Campus in Oxford.
The company running the Ultimate Activity Camps has over 25 years’ experience and know what it takes to keep children between the ages of 4 to 14 entertained and fulfilled during the school holidays. As parents themselves, the team understand how important it is to parents that your child is well cared for whilst placed in holiday care and they ensure they put child safety and welfare at the heart of all that they do. In addition, their experienced and inspiring staff run exciting activities and have fantastic facilities available so that your child can enjoy a quality experience and be inspired by the pursuits they get involved with. The holiday activity day camps provide an exciting range of sport, art and games activities from swimming and fencing to art and zorbing.
You can also take advantage of their flexible childcare packages, booking by the day or week with the daily or weekly price being the same regardless of the programme you book. If your needs change, you can alter your dates for free up to 14 days beforehand and you can also pay by childcare vouchers.
