Welcome To The New Look Perry Bishop

We’ve been on quite a journey; working alongside a brand strategist and a designer who listened to the opinions of our colleagues and clients – past and present – to ensure that the way we look, and sound reflects what sets us apart, encapsulates the values that are important to us and crucially appeals to buyers, sellers, renters, and developers across the area in which we work. We have built a reputation for local knowledge, swift action and most importantly, for personal service. We truly care. We hope our new branding conveys this and that you are as pleased with the finished result as we are.

Our name stays the same – Perry Bishop – and we have added ‘Property Made Personal’, a slogan which reflects our ‘people first’ philosophy – supporting our clients and buyers every step of the way, doing whatever it takes to make your move as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. We particularly wanted our new branding to be clear with an open and friendly feel. The speech mark within the letter 'y' is there to reflect our commitment to client and buyer communication and the positive relationships we build.

Keep your eyes peeled for our new look For Sale boards, log on to our new look website and visit our shiny refurbished offices with their new shop fronts.

Now, back to the spring/summer market in the Vale of the White Horse. 2022 has seen the best ever spring sellers’ market, not just because of record price levels, but also the biggest mismatch of properties for sale versus demand as measured by Rightmove, with more than twice as many buyers as sellers.

If you are selling, your chance of finding a buyer in your first week of marketing is at its highest ever, and twice as likely compared to the same period in 2019 (Rightmove). Prices year on year across the country have risen 10.4%, with the Southwest seeing an increase of 14.5% and the South East 12.6%.

With such high demand for property across our region, we understand you may be concerned with finding your next home. That is why we launched our VIP Buyers Club to ensure you, our clients, and local buyers, are first to hear of new instructions. Let’s talk if you would like to know more and, if you have a property to sell, discover the benefits of becoming ‘market ready’ with a ‘low key’ marketing approach designed to find you a buyer who will wait for you to secure your onward purchase.

At Perry Bishop we care about property, and we care about you.

Call us on 01367 240356 to discuss any of your property requirements.
