Vale Taekwon-Do and Vale Kickboxing run established classes at The Beacon for ages 6 and up, with a separate teens and adults class. We also have a separate 4–6-year-olds class.

Firstly, a message to parents: in a world that can be very demanding and challenging, it’s really important that our children grow up with all the important life skills to become the very best they can. Inspiring children to become more confident, grow physically, have a great mental strength while also building muscle, balance, and co-ordination.

✅ Stronger Mindset

✅ Meet New People

✅ Improve Confidence in Protecting Yourself

✅ Release Aggression on the Pads

We are Olympic standard recognised via our affiliation with WAKO (World Association Kickboxing Organisation), meaning we offer the opportunity to represent Great Britain at Kickboxing in the Olympics.

We are also part of the International Taekwondo Federation, ITF, which opens the door for England representation for our International Competitions.

Classes are instructed by Mr Carl Davis, who runs the successful Vale TKD Martial Arts School, which currently has Nine England Representative Squad members in their ranks! So, you can be assured you are getting the highest possible level of instruction from Mr Davis and his team.

In terms of yourself, Kickboxing and Taekwondo has so many benefits which can be explored at Vale Kickboxing & Vale TKD. Why not give it a try, you will be instantly put at ease from our friendly and welcoming environment. We have a great offer at the moment with a free two-week taster period.
